So the joke \'bout the Weezing noise, its a joke, laugh with it, funny. Keep in mind that the Doctor really doesn\'t KNOW Riversong, thus w/ River saying \"you leave the breaks on\", it doesn\'t really mean the breaks are on, she said it, he\'s BELIEVING it. Besides, do you really think that every Type-40 Class TARDIS every Timelord leaves the breaks on? Maybe it\'s a vintage thing and The Rani and The Master also like that sound... dunno...
